Engagement Modes

Three ways to work together

Every engagement starts the same way: a 30-minute discovery call and, if we proceed, a 30-day assessment that produces a written, prioritized roadmap. What happens next depends on what you need.

01

Fractional CIO

Monthly retainer

Ongoing executive ownership of your technology: strategy, security, governance, vendors, and board reporting. Your CIO — present every week, accountable every quarter.

  • IT strategy & roadmap ownership
  • Security & risk accountability
  • Vendor & budget management
  • Board and leadership reporting

02

Strategic Projects

Fixed scope

A defined engagement with a defined outcome: cloud migration, IT cost optimization, disaster-recovery planning, or compliance readiness.

  • IT roadmap & assessment
  • Cloud migration leadership
  • DR / business continuity
  • GDPR & SOX ITGC readiness

03

Advisory & Board

On call

Senior counsel when it matters: technology due diligence for M&A, security incident guidance, vendor negotiations, or a second opinion before a major commitment.

  • Technology due diligence
  • Security & IT audits
  • Major contract review
  • Executive coaching for IT leads

Questions

Asked before every engagement

How much time do you actually commit?+

Fractional CIO engagements typically run one to two days per week, with async availability in between. Projects are scoped by deliverable, not hours. Either way, you always know what you’re getting and when.

Why no public pricing?+

Because a 40-person logistics firm and a 400-person fund need very different things. After a 30-minute discovery call you get a concrete written proposal — scope, deliverables, and a fixed monthly or project fee. No surprises after.

Do you replace our IT provider or team?+

No — I lead them. Most clients keep their existing MSP or internal team; what’s missing is executive ownership: strategy, accountability, vendor discipline, and someone who answers to leadership for outcomes.

What industries do you work with?+

My background is multinational real estate, finance-adjacent, and governance-intensive environments (GDPR, SOX ITGC) — but CIO problems are remarkably industry-agnostic. If you have 50–500 employees and no CIO, we should talk.

Where are you based, and does it matter?+

Israel, with 25 years of experience leading IT across Europe and beyond — remotely and on-site. Engagements are remote-first with travel as needed.

Not sure which mode fits?

That's exactly what the discovery call is for. Thirty minutes, no obligation, at least one actionable insight.
