About

The CIO your company couldn't hire. Until now.

For over a decade I led global IT at Brack Capital Properties N.V., a publicly listed European real estate group — 500+ employees, 50+ locations, operations in more than ten countries, and a €1B+ asset portfolio riding on the technology my team ran. For seven of those years I simultaneously served as Managing Director of the company's Israeli office, which is why I talk about technology in terms of revenue, risk, and audit findings — not servers.

The numbers that matter: zero security breaches in over ten years of cybersecurity ownership. A 20% IT cost reduction through consolidation and renegotiation. A 30% efficiency improvement through cloud migration. An 80% reduction in downtime risk through structured disaster recovery. GDPR and SOX ITGC compliance maintained in collaboration with Big Four audit firms.

I've built three IT functions from the ground up. CIOaaS exists because most mid-market companies need exactly this experience — a few days a month, not a full-time salary.

Education: Management Science at Ben-Gurion University; Cybersecurity for Executives at the Technion — Israel Institute of Technology; MCSA.
